Table of Contents

1. Who you are contracting with

This website, quiknexa.com, and the products sold on it, are operated by QuikNexa LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 312 W. 2nd St #2561, Casper, WY 82601, United States ("QuikNexa", "we", "us", "our").

These Terms govern your use of the site and your purchase and use of our products. By buying from us, creating an account, or downloading a product, you agree to them.

1.1 Merchant of Record

We sell through a Merchant of Record — Paddle.com Market Ltd, or Stripe Payments Europe Ltd and its affiliates, depending on the checkout used.

  • Your payment contract is with the Merchant of Record, and their buyer terms apply to that transaction.
  • Your product licence is granted by QuikNexa LLC under these Terms.
  • Sales tax, VAT and GST are calculated, collected and remitted by the Merchant of Record.
  • Your statement descriptor will read PADDLE.NET* QUIKNEXA or QUIKNEXA.

1.2 Acceptance at checkout

You are asked to confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Refund Policy before payment is taken. You cannot complete a purchase without doing so.

2. What we sell, and what we do not

QuikNexa creates and sells downloadable digital products only. Everything on this site is a file you download. Our categories are:

  • WordPress products — plugins, extensions, block themes, patterns, and child themes for Divi and Elementor
  • Templates — layout packs, page templates and section libraries
  • Design assets — icon sets, brand kits and graphic assets bundled with our products
  • Written products — guides, documentation packs and ebooks
  • Software — standalone tools we build and operate

For the avoidance of doubt, and so there is no ambiguity for you or for our payment providers:

  • We do not sell services. No custom design, no site builds, no installation, migration, consulting or done-for-you work.
  • We do not operate a marketplace. Every product here is created in-house by QuikNexa. We do not host or facilitate sales by third-party sellers.
  • We do not sell physical goods, gift cards, store credit, vouchers, or paid community access.
  • We do not resell products created by others.
  • We make no promise or guarantee about earnings, revenue, traffic, search rankings or business results. Our products are software and design files. What you build with them is your work.

Each product page states what the product does, what it requires, and what it does not do. Please read it before purchase — those statements form part of your contract.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.

You must give accurate account information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately at support@quiknexa.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

One account belongs to one person or one organisation. Sharing account credentials so that others can download products they have not licensed is a breach of these Terms and of our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Prices, currency and tax

All prices on this site are listed and charged in United States dollars (USD). The currency is stated next to every price. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank applies its own conversion rate and may add a foreign transaction fee, neither of which we control.

Prices are shown exclusive of sales tax, VAT and GST unless stated otherwise. The applicable tax for your billing country is calculated and displayed by the Merchant of Record at checkout, before you pay.

We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a purchase already completed. For renewing licences, the renewal price is the price published at the time of renewal, and we notify you before any increase takes effect.

5. Discounts and promotions

Where we run a discount, sale or promotional offer, the terms of that offer — what it applies to, the discount amount, and the date it ends — are stated on the offer itself and at checkout.

Unless the offer says otherwise: one discount code per order, codes cannot be combined, codes have no cash value, and a code cannot be applied retrospectively to an order already placed. We do not use countdown timers, artificial scarcity, or "only 2 left" messaging for digital products, because none of it would be true.

6. Delivery

Delivery is electronic and immediate. Once payment is confirmed:

  • You receive an email containing your order number, receipt and download access.
  • The files become available in your account under Downloads.
  • Where the product uses a licence key, the key is included in the same email.

There is no shipping, no physical delivery and no delivery charge. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then contact support@quiknexa.com and we will resend it. Re-download access remains available for as long as your licence is valid.

7. Licensing

Our products contain three kinds of material, and each is licensed differently. Please read all three.

7.1 GPL-licensed code

All PHP code in our WordPress plugins, themes, child themes and block patterns is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. This is not optional: WordPress is GPL, Divi is GPL, Elementor is GPLv3, and PHP deriving from any of them inherits the licence. You may copy, modify and redistribute those PHP components under the terms of the GPL.

7.2 Builder export and data files

Divi layout JSON exports, Elementor kit and template exports, and equivalent builder export files are data, not executable code, and are not derivative works of the builder's source. QuikNexa licenses these to you under the proprietary terms in 7.4, not under the GPL. We note in good faith that this question has not been settled by a court; this is our position and the prevailing position in the industry.

7.3 Proprietary components

Everything else remains the exclusive property of QuikNexa LLC and is licensed to you, not sold:

  • Images, illustrations, icons and graphics
  • CSS and JavaScript files
  • Brand kits, logo files and colour systems
  • PDFs, guides and written content
  • Documentation and setup material
  • The QuikNexa name, logo and trade dress

7.4 What your licence permits

Subject to payment and to the tier you purchased:

  • Single site — use on one live website you own, or one you build for one client.
  • Three sites — use on up to three live websites.
  • Unlimited sites — use on any number of live websites you own or build for clients.

Development, staging and local sites do not count against your limit. For non-website products such as design assets and PDFs, a licence permits unlimited use within your own business and in work delivered to clients, subject to 7.5.

7.5 What your licence prohibits

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense or give away the proprietary components or builder export files of any product.
  • Repackage any product, in whole or in part, into a theme, template, kit, course or product that you sell or distribute.
  • Upload our products to any marketplace, template library, membership site or file-sharing service.
  • Resell, share or transfer a licence key. Keys found active across unrelated accounts are deactivated without refund.
  • Extract fonts, images or icons from our products for use outside them, unless the underlying asset licence permits it.
  • Claim authorship or ownership of our products.
  • Use our products in material that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes the rights of others.

Delivering a client a finished website built with our product is permitted. Delivering them the source files to reuse elsewhere is not, unless they hold their own licence.

8. Updates and support

Support is provided by email, in English, to holders of a valid, active licence.

  • One-time purchases: updates and support for 12 months from the date of purchase. After that, the files you have keep working; only new versions and support stop.
  • Annual licences: updates and support for as long as the licence is active.

We aim to answer every enquiry within two business days. We do not guarantee that any particular question can be resolved, or resolved in a timeframe you find satisfactory.

We are not obliged to provide support where the problem is caused by third-party plugins, themes, page builders, hosting environments, or modifications you have made to our files.

9. Subscriptions and renewals

Annual licences renew automatically each year on the anniversary of purchase, at the price published at the time of renewal. We send a reminder email before each billing date.

You may cancel at any time, in one click, from your account. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund the current period, and it does not remove the files you have already downloaded — those remain licensed to you permanently under section 7.

Where a product is offered as a "lifetime" licence, "lifetime" means the operational lifetime of QuikNexa and of that product line, not your natural lifetime. If we cease trading or discontinue a product, files you have already downloaded remain licensed to you permanently, but no further releases will be provided.

10. Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. In summary: a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, no questions asked. Renewals, free products, and requests made after 30 days are not refundable. On refund, the associated licence is deactivated and your right to use the product ends.

11. Third-party requirements and trademarks

Our WordPress products require WordPress and, depending on the product, a specific page builder. Each product page states its requirements. Where a third-party theme or plugin is required, you must obtain it separately — it is not included in your purchase and we do not resell it.

  • WordPress is a trademark of the WordPress Foundation.
  • Divi, Extra and Elegant Themes are trademarks of Elegant Themes, Inc.
  • Elementor is a trademark of Elementor Ltd.
  • WooCommerce is a trademark of Automattic Inc.

QuikNexa is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. These names are used descriptively, only to identify compatibility.

12. Intellectual property warranty

Every product sold by QuikNexa is created by QuikNexa. All fonts, images, icons and assets bundled in our products are original, in the public domain, or licensed to us with the right to redistribute them within a template. We do not resell third-party products.

Where a bundled asset carries its own licence, that licence is included in the download and governs your use of that asset.

If you believe a QuikNexa product infringes your copyright, email legal@quiknexa.com with details and we will investigate and act promptly.

13. Warranty and scope

Our products are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Our WordPress products are guaranteed to function on a clean, current, stable installation of WordPress with the required PHP version and page builder, as stated on the product page. Given the number of plugins, themes, builders, hosts and browsers in existence, we cannot and do not guarantee compatibility with all of them.

Nothing in this section limits any warranty you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuikNexa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business, opportunities, customers or goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use our products.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Acceptable use

Your use of this site, our products and our support is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Breaching it is a breach of these Terms.

16. Export controls and restricted territories

Our products are software and are subject to United States export control and economic sanctions law.

By purchasing, you confirm that you are not located in, and are not a national of or ordinarily resident in, a country or territory subject to comprehensive US sanctions, and that you do not appear on any US government restricted-party list, including the Specially Designated Nationals list maintained by OFAC.

You agree not to export, re-export or transfer our products in breach of applicable export control law. We may decline or reverse any order that we believe would breach these restrictions.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and deactivate your licence keys, without refund, if you materially breach these Terms — in particular by redistributing proprietary components or builder export files, reselling licence keys, or filing a chargeback without first contacting us.

You may close your account at any time. Files you have already downloaded remain licensed to you under section 7.

18. Email communications

We send transactional emails relating to your purchase — receipts, licence keys, download links, renewal reminders and security notices. These are not marketing and cannot be unsubscribed from while you hold an active licence.

Marketing emails require your consent, which you give by ticking the box on our signup form. You can withdraw it from any email, at any time, without penalty and without affecting your purchases.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of Wyoming have jurisdiction, except that:

  • nothing here deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you habitually reside; and
  • consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom may bring proceedings in their own courts.

Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact legal@quiknexa.com. Almost every dispute we have seen was a misunderstanding that took one email to resolve.

20. Severability and changes

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable or invalid, that provision is severed and the rest stays in force.

We may revise these Terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes are announced by email to registered users and posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

Contact

When contacting us about a specific purchase, please include your order number or transaction ID and the email address used at checkout. We reply to every message within two business days.
